1. Our Commitment to Privacy

Unlike traditional digital home financing products, we do not require you to create an account, register your email, or provide personal financial information to run calculations. Our core philosophy is built around complete financial transparency and data minimization.

2. How Your Data is Processed

All calculations performed on the Mortgage Intelligence Platform are executed completely on the client-side within your browser.

  • We do not transmit your inputs (like household income, outstanding debts, or loan principal values) to external servers.
  • All charting outputs, amortization schedules, and risk stress tests are computed locally by your device.
  • Scenario comparison profiles are saved to your browser's local sandbox storage (localStorage) and are never uploaded or synced to external cloud databases.

3. Client-Side PDF Exports & Email Shares

When you request an advisory report PDF via our export interface:

  • Direct Download: The PDF compilation runs entirely within your browser's memory using local JavaScript libraries. No document data is sent to our servers.
  • Email Dispatch: If you opt to simulated-share the PDF via email, your email address is saved locally (to prepopulate future forms) and the connection pipeline is simulated locally inside your browser client.

4. Cookies and Analytical Tracking

We use a limited number of cookies to operate and improve this platform:

  • Essential Cookies: We store your theme preference and cookie consent decision in localStorage. These are strictly necessary and do not track behavior.
  • Analytics Cookies: We use Google Analytics to measure aggregate traffic patterns (page views, session duration). Google Analytics may set cookies (_ga, _gid) to distinguish unique visitors. No personally identifiable information is collected.
  • Advertising Cookies: We use Google AdSense to serve contextual advertisements. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.
